Equator provided consultancy services for the preparation of the Spatial Utilization Conformity (KKPR) document to support the implementation of the Jakarta Sewerage Development Project (JSDP) Zone 6 Phase 1 in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta.
The scope of work included the assessment of project conformity with national, provincial, and local spatial planning policies, verification of spatial utilization against applicable spatial plans, identification of potential spatial planning constraints, and preparation of the technical documentation required for project permitting and infrastructure development.
Through a comprehensive assessment conducted in accordance with Indonesia's spatial planning regulations, the project aimed to ensure that the proposed sanitation infrastructure development was fully aligned with spatial planning policies while facilitating regulatory compliance and supporting efficient, sustainable project implementation.
